The spring training of 2015 was successfully held
This Spring Festival training is held around the theme of "launching the internal trainer mechanism in enterprises". In order to fully leverage personal strengths, hone the level of a "coach", actively create a platform for improving personal skills and development, and meet the long-term strategic needs of the enterprise's foundation, the group has formulated a comprehensive internal trainer mechanism for the enterprise, taking the opportunity of job reports and spring training.
According to the overall goal of the "Management Improvement Year" in 2015, under the task goal decomposition of implementing "institutionalization, proceduralization, standardization, and informatization", centralized training is not only an effective way to improve the level of enterprise management, but also an effective measure to temper and enhance the management level of the management team and management leaders. Based on the analysis of work effectiveness in 2014 and the need to promote management, and after research by the company, it is decided to launch the "internal trainer" mechanism and organize the spring training of 2015.
The content of the training includes two main parts:

This training is not only a platform for employees to learn, but also an opportunity to emphasize the "leaders" of various business sectors and functional management centers of the group, as well as various professional and full-time positions. It is not only the backbone of enterprise management, but also the various "coaches" needed for enterprise development.
The first batch of positions to retain the qualification of "internal trainers" will be the first person in charge of various business sectors and functional centers of the group. The report and spokesperson for the spring training activities will also serve as the "debut" of the first batch of internal trainers. It is required that all relevant responsible persons organize the report materials seriously and seriously, while strengthening learning, focusing on refining, deepening their strengths, and then forming personal specialized experts and coaches; Professional positions such as human resources, technology, and finance must be simultaneously the professional "coaches" under the responsibilities of this position.
