The 2014 Summary and Commendation Conference of Yijia Group was successfully held
Time flies, and time flies. In order to carefully summarize experience, analyze problems, commend advanced individuals, and comprehensively promote the development of various work in 2015, the 2014 Summary and Commendation Conference of Yijia Group was grandly held on February 14, 2015 in the conference room on the 11th floor of the company. Chu Ailing, Chairman of the Group, leaders of various departments, and all members attended the meeting, which was chaired by Zhang Zhaoshui, Director of the Group Operations Center.
The meeting heard the 2014 annual summary report from Wang Jianchang, General Manager of the Raw Materials Division, Liang Musen, General Manager of the Machinery Division, General Manager of the Formulation Division, and Qian Yongtian, Director of the Financial Center.
The conference announced the 2014 Yijia Group Advanced Commendation Decision and presented awards. A total of 45 department level excellent employees, 5 group level excellent employees, 4 excellent managers, 3 excellent teams, 4 excellent departments, 1 excellent operator, 1 excellent innovation unit, and 1 excellent business unit were selected for this year. Mr. Chu and members of the team presented awards to the award-winning representatives.
At the end of the conference, the Chairman of the Group, Chu Ailing, gave the 2015 work report of Yijia Group. In the report, Chu pointed out that in 2014, facing the global economic downturn, China's economy was severely overcapacity, the technology content was generally low, and the era of population dividend had ended. With the joint efforts of all employees, Yijia Group adhered to its beliefs, united, overcame difficulties, and together passed the first economic winter since China's reform and opening up. (Not a cold wave) How long this winter will be, no one dares to estimate, because it is the first time that Chinese people have experienced it. Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008, the Chinese government has invested 40000 billion yuan to resolve it. The rapid expansion of capital investment has led to large-scale low-level redundant construction, resulting in low-level overcapacity. There are many projects that have been built but not produced. Under such a situation, we must be mentally prepared, recognize the situation and mainstream trends, welcome 2015, and actively adapt to the new normal.
In 2014, we proposed the year of second entrepreneurship, and the group's goal was set as "Product Quality Improvement Year". Product quality is the direct bridge from enterprises to consumers, the foundation of the brand, and the life of our Yijia. If we lose our commitment to product quality, it is equivalent to choosing suicide; After everyone's joint efforts in 2014, the product quality of the three sections has been improved to varying degrees, and of course, there is still a lot of room for improvement. This is exactly the opportunity for us in 2015. Subsequently, Mr. Chu provided comments on the work of various functional sectors of the group in 2014 and provided guidance for the work in 2015.
In 2015, the group was positioned as the "Year of Management Improvement", seeking benefits from management, establishing a management philosophy of people-oriented, rooted in morality, efficiency oriented, and governing the enterprise according to law. Those without merit were not allowed to consider hard work, because hard work is negative energy, complaints, and reasons. There can be N reasons for not achieving goals, but the result is only one. Let our abilities speak, exchange results, and change our mindset to adapt to the new normal, so that we can survive. 2015 is also the year we are planning for the 13th Five Year Plan. This government has created an unprecedented environment for us, and the 13th Five Year Plan is a problem that we need to seriously consider.
Mr. Chu finally encouraged everyone to use their expertise and wisdom to interpret their lives well for a goal, to have organization, team, partners, and income, and to make their lives and those of their families better and better.
