On January 27th, the regional managers of the operations center reported on their work one by one. Faced with a large marketing team, three venues were held simultaneously. From January 28th to 29th, the managers of each theater in the operations center conducted annual job descriptions in the conference room on the 11th floor of the group. Following the review strategy of "identifying high-quality issues, generating action plans, and finding the smallest unit that affects results", the managers of each theater reported on the work of their respective jurisdictions for the 23rd year and the sales target planning for the 24th year, and shared the experience and methods summarized in sales work.
