Mr. Wang Jianchang, Vice President and General Manager of the Production Center of Yijia Group, delivered an annual work report on behalf of the Production Center with the theme of "Unity and Striving Forward". Mr. Wang conducted a comprehensive analysis on the market environment and industry situation, hot events in the pesticide market, work pain points, improvement breakthroughs, lean management, optimization and innovation, and classified and summarized the problems existing in business management work. Mr. Wang emphasized the need to break away from old thinking, create a new pattern, open up the pattern, and bring vitality.

Mr. Wang fully recognizes the efforts made by all employees of the production center in 2023. All employees of the production center have united and overcome difficulties together, achieving great success in product technology transformation and production. The production capacity, yield, and various indicators have steadily improved, laying a stable foundation for the company's future business layout.

Regarding the "new pattern", Mr. Wang focuses on systematically elaborating on the 2024 business plan. In the face of the group's global market strategic positioning, Mr. Wang pointed out that the company should base its positioning on the "agricultural doctor in the field" and provide scientific solutions around the global agricultural planting needs. We should actively explore organizational change, collaborative development of raw material preparations, and the transformation of raw material preparations into raw materials. We need to deeply cultivate lean management and shift our approach and structure. Expand channel construction and strengthen the expansion of overseas markets; Management requires efficiency, speed, quality, and cost reduction, as well as maximizing production capacity.

Regarding the 2024 goals and tasks, Mr. Wang emphasized that the comprehensive breakthrough in 2024 should be guided by the group's strategy, with each department's tasks as the goal, and team collaboration should be fully committed to striving towards the goal. In terms of management improvement, Mr. Wang stated that it is necessary to activate the vitality of the organization and do a good job in organizational innovation and team building; We should prioritize the hardworking and build a humanistic care system; To enhance norms through standardization and demonstration; To use innovation as the engine and focus on innovation for all employees in their positions. In terms of lean management, Mr. Wang requires good training in lean management and the implementation of lean Six Sigma projects; Emphasis should be placed on continuously promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Cost reduction does not mean quality reduction, but rather the pursuit of cost reduction and quality improvement. Mr. Wang also pointed out that releasing production capacity is the fastest way to reduce costs, optimizing processes to reduce unit consumption is innovative cost reduction, controlling procurement costs in the supply chain is direct cost reduction, lean management in process control is management cost reduction, improving communication efficiency and decision-making accuracy is the biggest invisible cost reduction, and safety assurance is the fundamental cost reduction. In terms of foreign audit, Mr. Wang stated that foreign audit provides us with valuable learning and practical opportunities. We must seize a series of audit opportunities such as SA8000 system certification, TFS audit, WHO audit, etc., and continuously improve internal control management. In terms of safety and environmental protection management, Mr. Wang emphasized the need to deeply learn from recent accidents both inside and outside the province, timely pay attention to and interpret national laws, regulations and policies, and do a good job in prediction and prevention. Strengthen the control of key positions, especially in areas such as hazard investigation, change management, special operations, equipment, fire protection, emergency management, safety training, RTO normal operation, and wastewater treatment supporting management. It is necessary to carry out source design and develop essential safety measures to effectively eliminate various hidden dangers and risks. In terms of project management, Mr. Wang requires a comprehensive review of procedures for technical renovation and expansion projects, and to ensure compliance and legality.
