On February 1, 2024, the "Growth Visible and Future Promising" 2023 Business Management Forum of Yijia Group was grandly held in the ancient city factory area.
Ms. Chu Ailing, Chairman of Yijia Group, Mr. Zhang Zhaoshui, Vice President and General Manager of Operations Center, and Mr. Wang Jianchang, Vice President and General Manager of Production Center, along with members of the leadership team, attended the conference and gathered with all employees to celebrate the company's annual grand event.
At the meeting, Ms. Chu Ailing, the Chairman of the Group, delivered a New Year's speech for 2024 and gave a work report with the theme of "Innovating the old and promoting the new, and achieving success through action". She summarized the work for 2023 and planned for the development of 2024.
Firstly, Mr. Chu reviewed that although we had already prepared for the winter in 2023, we were still devastated by the cold. 2023 was the year when Yijia Group faced the biggest challenges since its establishment, but in Yijia's genes, there was no surrender or compromise, only a resilient and indomitable spirit. Even in the face of the cold winter, we would remain confident, actively respond to market challenges, constantly innovate, and achieve sustainable development. Mr. Chu pointed out that "in life, we should be grateful for all the 'difficulties' we encounter, because without difficulties, humans will basically not take the initiative to break through, and life will lack many exciting moments.". It is precisely because of these difficulties that we have made significant breakthroughs in market, technology, safety, production capacity, business integration, informatization, personnel culture, agricultural machinery, and achieved a good start in January.
When things are strong, they will grow old. When times are good, they will follow the trend and adjust themselves. We need to shift from passive evolution to active evolution. The group proactively adjusted its organizational structure in 2023. Because the economy has entered a slow growth cycle and products have entered a low gross profit era, the "scale advantage and innovation ability" of enterprises are the cornerstone that supports their survival. Mr. Chu also reorganized the mission, vision, and values of Yijia Group. Corporate mission: Continuously increase production and harvest for farmers, and provide effective solutions. Corporate vision: To become a high-quality supplier of global plant protection services, helping farmers around the world enjoy the joy of a bountiful harvest. Corporate values: collaboration, innovation, sunshine, integrity, and unity of character, enterprise, product, and three qualities. Mr. Chu also pointed out the strategic ambition of Yijia Group, regarding pesticides, in the domestic pesticide market: to become the "first brand of plant protection and medication for economic crops in thousands of villages and towns in China";
Overseas pesticide market: to become a high-quality supplier of crude drugs and preparations in the Belt and Road countries, and gradually grow into a first-class service provider; Regarding agricultural machinery, in order to become a top tier brand of high-power tractors in China, we need to first achieve the ultimate goal of high-power tractors, then gradually introduce large-scale plant protection machinery (fertilization and spraying machinery), and finally integrate with the group's plant protection advantages to provide good services for future new agricultural planting models; The overseas market selects some suitable countries along the the Belt and Road to open up the market, with the aim of being the future European brand substitutes. In 2024, Yijia Group will unite and face difficulties, firmly grasp the goal of 1 billion yuan, and strive to create another brilliant future.
Mr. Chu formulated the "sixteen character business policy" for 2024: product innovation; Lean cost reduction; Global expansion; Deeply cultivate segmentation. Reform the old and forge new, and action will lead to success. Throughout history for thousands of years, change and innovation have never stopped, which has created today's civilization and a new era. Today, we are experiencing a once-in-a-century upheaval, and the right to choose lies in our own hands. Reading, studying, thinking more, acting cautiously, daring to break one's own cognition, admitting one's shortcomings, aspiring, and making improvements will promote our growth in our hearts, and it is also the only methodology for strengthening oneself! The implementation of the Five Ones is the best way to solve the common growth and challenges of the team.
